The Next StepsContact us - it's that easy. We'll create a Funding Plan specifically related to your situation as well as information to answer any question you and your owners are likely to have. When you're ready, we'll provide the resolutions you'll need to include in your notice of general meeting. We'll also provide the all-important Facility Agreement (and yes, we recommend you seek legal advice). When your general meeting has made its decision, we'll get in touch with your strata manager or secretary to get the information we need to approve the facility. |
